An ongoing, self-hosted homelab running 20+ containers via Arcane (docker manager service), built to consolidate personal infrastructure, authentication, and monitoring under one roof.

  • Hermes-Agent WebUI: Custom Hermes Agent interface
  • Home Assistant: Smart home automation
  • Jellyfin: Personal media server for my own movie and TV library

Networking & Remote Access

  • Traefik: Reverse proxy that gives every service its own internal HTTPS domain, with certificates issued through Cloudflare
  • WireGuard VPN: Self-hosted VPN
  • Tailscale VPN: Remote access via Tailscale
  • NextDNS: Private DNS filtering

Status

This project is actively evolving, more services, better monitoring, and hardened security get added as time allows. A fuller write-up with an architecture diagram is planned.
